Quik Hire Staffing is hiring a **Senior Corporate Accountant** to support one of its clients in managing complex financial reporting, compliance, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
### **Key Responsibilities**
📊 Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with **US GAAP**.
📅 Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
📑 Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and filings.
🔎 Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to identify cost optimization opportunities.
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
📋 Support financial audits and maintain accurate financial records.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.
✔ **5+ years** of progressive accounting experience.
✔ At least **2 years in a senior accounting role**.
✔ Strong knowledge of **US GAAP**.
✔ Experience with financial audits.
✔ Proficiency with **ERP systems**.
✔ Advanced Excel skills, including **Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP**.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Excellent communication and attention to detail.
⭐ **CPA or CPA candidate** preferred.
