Mashreq is looking for a **Team Leader – Payment Operations** to supervise a small team within **Clearing & Centralized PDC**, ensuring transactions are accurately processed, properly checked, and completed within established turnaround times.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform first-level checking and scrutiny of Clearing & PDC transactions
• Ensure transactions comply with established procedures and controls
• Monitor transaction processing within required turnaround times
• Provide value-added services to support customer satisfaction
• Supervise and manage a small Payment Operations team
• Ensure operational accuracy, efficiency and compliance
• Support the team in maintaining consistent service quality
Job Requirements:
• Experience in **Payment Operations / Clearing / Banking Operations**
• Strong knowledge of transaction processing and operational controls
• Previous **team leadership or supervisory experience**
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage workloads and meet strict deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
