NowPay is looking for an **Accounts Receivable Accountant** to manage billing, invoicing, reconciliations, customer accounts, and payment follow-ups within its growing FinTech environment.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the billing system and generate invoices & e-invoices
• Prepare customer account statements
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable records and files
• Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices and payments
• Send payment reminders and facilitate invoice collection
• Document sales contracts and invoices
• Process and record daily financial transactions
• Verify, classify, calculate, post and maintain accounting data
• Maintain historical financial records and documentation
• Support additional finance-related activities as required
Job Requirements:
• **4 years of accounting experience**
• Bachelor's degree in **Accounting or Finance**
• Good command of **English**
• Familiarity with **taxes**
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and financial responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
