Mashreq is looking for a **Senior Analyst – Corporate Credit Risk** to assess corporate credit proposals, monitor portfolio risks, and support sound credit decisions in line with the bank’s strategy and Central Bank of Egypt regulations.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and recommend new credit facilities and renewals
• Conduct ongoing credit monitoring at client and portfolio levels
• Analyze corporate credit portfolio and concentration risks
• Ensure compliance with CBE regulations and bank policies
• Monitor past dues and TODs and escalate potential problem accounts
• Identify problem lending situations and recommend corrective actions
• Recommend provisions when required
• Conduct risk assessments and identify emerging risks
• Ensure appropriate credit risk ratings are assigned
• Support Credit/Risk Committee activities and act as secretary when required
• Stay updated on market and regulatory developments
Job Requirements:
• University degree
• **7+ years of experience**, primarily in Credit Risk Management
• Strong knowledge of **SME Banking & Corporate Lending**
• Knowledge of banking operations, accounting, treasury and capital markets
• Strong understanding of corporate loan documentation and local banking regulations
• Good knowledge of **Central Bank of Egypt regulations**
• Excellent analytical and risk assessment skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills
• Good technology and PC skills
