• Test AI-supported travel tools using realistic scenarios
• Identify and document incorrect or unrealistic system outcomes
• Provide actionable feedback on platform usability and workflow performance
• Recommend improvements based on travel industry best practices
• Support workflow documentation and digital transformation initiatives
Job Requirements:
✅ Experience in **Travel Operations, Hospitality, Corporate Travel or Reservations**
✅ Hands-on experience with booking, ticketing or reservation systems
✅ Strong operational judgment and attention to detail
✅ Ability to identify and explain workflow issues
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication
✅ Experience with **ChatGPT, Claude or similar AI tools** is a plus
✅ Experience in technology evaluation or process improvement is beneficial
