Marcom Trade is hiring a **Warehouse Supervisor** to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead warehouse teams to achieve productivity and operational targets.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
• Maintain inventory accuracy using **WMS/ERP systems** and regular cycle counts
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage capacity
• Ensure efficient warehouse workflow
• Enforce workplace safety, security standards, and operational procedures
• Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff
• Drive productivity and operational performance
Job Requirements:
• **3–5 years of experience** in warehouse management or inventory control
• Proficiency in **WMS and ERP systems**
• Strong knowledge of inventory management procedures and safety standards
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent operational management capabilities
• **Alexandria residents only**
• Excellent command of **English**, written and spoken
• Full proficiency in **MS Office**
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Willingness to travel when required for client meetings
