HD Bank is hiring a **Core Banking & Innovation Development Senior Officer** to lead core banking development and customization initiatives, drive system innovation, and ensure solutions align with business objectives, security, and regulatory requirements.
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Provide technical direction for **core banking development and customizations**
🔹 Develop long-term strategies to enhance core banking systems through innovative solutions
🔹 Ensure system customizations comply with regulatory standards and internal policies
🔹 Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
🔹 Work with business units to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with user needs
🔹 Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of core banking services
🔹 Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to drive banking innovation
🔹 Lead process improvement and automation initiatives
🔹 Make and oversee key technical decisions related to core customizations
🔹 Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex technical issues
🔹 Design **scalable, secure core banking solutions**
🔹 Define and oversee integrations with external systems
🔹 Mentor junior developers and support knowledge transfer and team development
Job Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, IT, or a related field**
💼 Minimum **2 years of Core Banking System Development** experience
👨💻 Leadership experience in core banking development
✅ Strong understanding of **core banking operations**
✅ Excellent problem-solving skills
✅ Proficiency in relevant programming languages
