Arab Bank is looking for an experienced **SCRO – Deputy Branch Manager** to support branch performance, customer service, sales, and daily branch operations.
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
🔹 Handle customer requests and account/product inquiries professionally
🔹 Approve customer requests and counter transactions according to the authority matrix
🔹 Promote and sell banking products to achieve annual targets
🔹 Coach and train reporting staff on products, services, policies, and procedures
🔹 Support the Branch Manager in executing and achieving branch plans
🔹 Manage custody items, keys, and related procedures
🔹 Ensure adherence to the Branch Operating Model
🔹 Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Branch Manager
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
✅ **Minimum 5 years of banking experience**
✅ At least **3 years of experience in Customer Relations**
✅ Strong knowledge of banking products, services, rules, and regulations
✅ Strong sales and customer-service orientation
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong computer and problem-solving skills
