### About the Role
**micro1** is engaging experienced **Financial Systems & Accounting Experts** to support a customer project focused on accounting operations and financial systems while helping train next-generation AI systems.
🎯 **No prior AI experience is required — your accounting expertise is what matters.**
⚠️ **Important:** Prior **paid Human Data experience for AI training is a firm project requirement.** This includes data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.
Simply using AI features inside accounting software **does not** meet this requirement.
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for technical accuracy, calculations, journal entries, treatments, and explanations
🔹 Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close workpapers
🔹 Identify misstatements and provide correct accounting treatments with rationale
🔹 Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic
🔹 Work with platforms such as **NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero & Dynamics 365**
🔹 Apply written rubrics when rating and ranking AI model outputs
🔹 Create real-world accounting scenarios and reference answers
🔹 Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve AI systems
Job Requirements:
✅ **3+ years** hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management/cost accounting, or FP&A with substantial accounting work
✅ Experience preparing or reviewing **Journal Entries, Reconciliations & Financial Statements**
✅ Hands-on experience with **NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday**, or similar systems
📊 Strong **Microsoft Excel** skills
🤖 **Prior paid Human Data / AI Training experience is mandatory**
