🎨 **Creative & Design Specialist – Remote - $30–$100/hour** 💰 **Pay:** $30–$100/hour 💼 **Type:** Contractor 🌍 **Work Model:** Fully Remote 🤖 **Focus:** Creative Design | Multimedia | AI Training ### About the Role **micro1** is engaging **Creative & Design Experts** for a customer project focused on innovative design and media creation while helping train next-generation AI systems. 🎯 **No prior AI experience is required — your creative expertise is what matters.** ⚠️ **Important:** Previous **paid Human Data experience for AI models is a firm requirement.** This includes **Data Labeling, Annotation, RLHF, AI Output Evaluation, Model Evaluation, or Rubric-Based Grading.** ❌ Simply using AI tools to generate images, videos, or copy **does not fulfill this requirement.** ### What You’ll Do 🔹 Complete structured creative tasks using professional design and media tools 🔹 Work with tools such as **Figma, Canva, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Lightroom, Mural & Milanote** 🔹 Evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs for accuracy, usability, and realism 🔹 Provide detailed annotations, constructive feedback, and quality ratings 🔹 Document observations and improvement recommendations 🔹 Apply professional creative workflows and quality standards 🔹 Deliver assignments on time while maintaining project quality benchmarks

Job Requirements:

✅ **2+ years** of professional experience in creative/design work 🎨 Background in one or more areas: • Graphic Design • Motion Graphics • Video Editing • UI/UX Design • Fashion Design • Presentation Design • Audio / Sound 🛠️ Proficiency with relevant creative tools 🤖 **Verified, paid Human Data experience for AI training — REQUIRED** 🇬🇧 Strong written & verbal English — **B2+** 🎓 **No formal degree required** — practical creative experience is the key qualification 🌐 Reliable internet connection ⚡ Ready to start promptly ### Key Skills 🎨 Graphic Design 🎬 Video Editing ✨ Motion Graphics 🖥️ UI/UX Design 📐 Figma & Canva 🎞️ After Effects & DaVinci Resolve 👗 CLO3D 📸 Lightroom 🧩 Mural & Milanote 🚀 **$30–$100/hr | Remote Contractor | Creative + AI**
