📊 **CRM Operations Specialist – Remote - $28–$92/hour ** 💰 **Pay:** $28–$92/hour 💼 **Type:** Contractor 🌍 **Work Model:** Fully Remote 🤖 **Focus:** CRM | Sales Operations | AI Training ### About the Role **micro1** is engaging **CRM Operations Specialists** for a customer project focused on optimizing sales and customer relationship management processes while helping train next-generation AI systems. 🎯 **No prior AI experience is required — your CRM and sales expertise is what matters.** ⚠️ **Important:** Previous **paid Human Data experience supporting AI models is a firm requirement.** This includes **Data Labeling, Annotation, RLHF, AI Response Evaluation, Model Evaluation, or Rubric-Based Grading.** ❌ Simply using AI tools such as ChatGPT in your regular work **does not fulfill this requirement.** ### What You’ll Do 🔹 Evaluate AI-generated outputs covering **CRM workflows, sales processes & automation logic** 🔹 Review, analyze, and annotate CRM data, records, and customer interactions 🔹 Apply written guidelines and rubrics when rating or ranking AI model responses 🔹 Flag cases that fall outside existing guidelines 🔹 Provide real-world CRM and sales operations scenarios and examples 🔹 Document sales operations practices, pain points, and process improvement opportunities 🔹 Deliver clear, actionable feedback to project and model development teams

Job Requirements:

✅ **3+ years** of hands-on CRM & Sales Operations experience ✅ At least **2 years directly working with CRM platforms** ✅ Strong expertise in **Salesforce or HubSpot** ✅ Experience optimizing sales processes and implementing automations ✅ Strong CRM data integrity and management skills 📊 Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail 🗺️ Experience with complex workflows and process mapping 🤖 **Prior paid Human Data / AI Training experience — REQUIRED** 🇬🇧 Strong written & verbal English — **B2+** 🌐 Reliable internet connection ⚡ Availability to start promptly ### Highly Valued ⭐ Close ⭐ Apollo ⭐ Salesloft ⭐ Intercom ⭐ Freshdesk ⭐ Shopify ⭐ Crayon ⭐ ClickFunnels ### Nice to Have 💻 Software / QA Engineering experience with **CRM integrations, automation, data migration, or CRM logic testing** 🚀 **$28–$92/hr | Remote Contractor | CRM + AI**
