PepsiCo is hiring a **Materials Planning Associate Manager** to lead mid-term materials and supply planning, optimize inventory and capacity, and ensure feasible supply plans across assigned categories.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Own **mid-term raw materials planning**, addressing capacity and inventory constraints
• Develop holistic supply plans that translate demand into feasible **production, inventory, and deployment plans**
• Lead tactical **network optimization** scenarios to improve inventory and service levels
• Own inventory strategy for assigned categories in collaboration with Inventory Optimization teams
• Support daily management routines and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with Site Integrated Planners and Value Stream DRP Planners to execute inventory strategies
• Track actuals, identify exceptions, perform **root-cause analysis**, and drive corrective actions
• Own supply plans for **new product introductions and promotional SKUs**
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites and co-manufacturers to ensure supply feasibility
• Escalate supply risks and support volume rebalancing decisions
• Partner with local Market teams to challenge demand assumptions and identify supply-demand risks and opportunities
• Own recovery actions to resolve demand-supply imbalances
• Serve as an escalation point for FtS Planners and local/market teams
• Participate in weekly **Supply Control** meetings and support key supply trade-off decisions

• Strong issue resolution and escalation management skills
• Ability to operate at a **Proficient to Expert** level across key planning competencies
