micro1 is hiring **Product Designer Specialists** to support an AI training project by applying real-world product design expertise to evaluate and explain design decisions.
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Analyze product design decisions, rationale, and user impact
🔹 Evaluate trade-offs, constraints, and business context
🔹 Create design documentation, specifications, critiques, and case studies
🔹 Explain product design concepts for AI model training
🔹 Conduct comparative design assessments
🔹 Provide clear written analysis of design choices
🔹 Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team
Job Requirements:
✅ Strong experience in **Product Design & Design Strategy**
✅ 3+ years of end-to-end product design experience across web/mobile
✅ Strong **Figma** and prototyping skills
✅ Experience creating design docs, specifications, critiques, and case studies
✅ Excellent analytical writing and critical thinking
✅ Strong ability to evaluate design trade-offs and constraints
✅ Excellent professional written English
✅ Strong understanding of user impact and product decisions
⭐ **Preferred:**
• Experience with recognized companies or leading organizations
• Strong academic background from a top university
• Experience working on complex digital products
