🔹 Conduct **heuristic evaluations & UX audits** to assess usability
🔹 Create structured research summaries, usability reports, and rationale documents
🔹 Evaluate **information architecture & interaction design** decisions
🔹 Apply **WCAG accessibility standards** to audit and improve digital products
🔹 Communicate research findings and design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
🔹 Synthesize complex or conflicting research data into concise, evidence-based recommendations
