🏦 **SWIFT Operations Officer / Senior Officer – ADIB Egypt**

ADIB Egypt is hiring a **SWIFT Operations Officer / Senior Officer** to support daily SWIFT operations, message processing, correspondent banking activities, operational security, reconciliation, and process improvements.
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Handle incoming and outgoing **SWIFT messages** and coordinate corrective actions
🔹 Monitor message traffic, routing, rejected messages, and suspense queues
🔹 Support SWIFT users and strengthen operational security
🔹 Archive SWIFT messages and backups and support recovery procedures
🔹 Maintain correspondent files and **BIC Codes**
🔹 Handle SWIFT issues through **SWIFT Case Manager** and support maintenance of SWIFT keys
🔹 Register new customers after checking applicable CBE trade blacklists
🔹 Coordinate cash and shipment deals received from correspondent banks
🔹 Create Relationship Management Applications with correspondent banks
🔹 Update and upload daily rates
🔹 Support creation of message partners, exit point profiles, and queues
🔹 Troubleshoot delays, connectivity, deletion, and other SWIFT-related issues
🔹 Support implementation of process improvements, recommendations, and SWIFT standards updates
🔹 Reconcile automatically routed incoming and outgoing messages with Operations
🔹 Maintain secure control and delivery of SWIFT token devices
🔹 Participate in **UAT testing** and review implementation results
🔹 Handle complaints in coordination with Compliance & Governance and Consumer Rights Protection
🔹 Prepare analytical and periodic reports and participate in quality evaluations
Job Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree
💼 **2–5+ years of relevant experience**
✅ Good knowledge of banking functions, responsibilities, and processes
✅ Very good analytical skills
✅ Very good presentation and negotiation skills
✅ Excellent command of **MS Office, especially Word & Excel**
