Micro1 is looking for experienced **Technical Writing Specialists** to work on a writing-intensive project focused on developer and product documentation while contributing to the training of next-generation AI systems.
**No prior AI experience is required.** Your technical writing expertise, analytical thinking, and ability to explain complex concepts clearly are what matter.
### 🔹 What You'll Do
• Create and edit developer and product documentation
• Work with API references, developer guides, release notes, and technical materials
• Create guides, tutorials, architecture documentation, and other technical content
• Structure documentation using strong Information Architecture principles
• Apply **Docs-as-Code** workflows and editorial/style guidelines
• Review existing documentation for clarity, accuracy, and completeness
• Explain documentation decisions, trade-offs, and reasoning clearly
Job Requirements:
• **3+ years** of experience in technical writing or developer/product documentation
• Strong experience with API documentation, integration guides, tutorials, or release notes
• Expertise in Technical Writing, Information Architecture & Editing
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences
• Experience with **Markdown, Git, CI/CD & Docs-as-Code** workflows
• Familiarity with Microsoft, Google, or custom technical writing style guides
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
• Experience owning documentation structure and strategy is a plus
