Micro1 is looking for experienced **UX Designers** specializing in **Research Synthesis & Written Communication** to contribute to a project focused on improving user experience insights and training next-generation AI systems.
No prior AI experience is required — your **UX expertise and ability to turn complex research into clear, actionable insights** are what matter.
### 🔹 What You'll Do
• Analyze user research and identify patterns, needs, and actionable insights
• Conduct **heuristic evaluations and UX audits**
• Synthesize usability findings into structured reports and recommendations
• Evaluate Information Architecture and Interaction Design
• Apply **WCAG accessibility standards** to digital products
• Communicate research findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Resolve conflicting research findings and deliver evidence-based recommendations
Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in UX Design, User Research, Usability Testing, or related fields
• Experience creating UX audit reports, usability evaluations, or research syntheses
• Strong knowledge of heuristic analysis, Information Architecture & Interaction Design
• Practical understanding of **WCAG & accessibility**
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Strong ability to synthesize complex research into actionable insights
• Experience with leading universities or highly regarded organizations is a plus
