Job Description:
🏦 **Acquiring Business E-Commerce Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager – QNB Egypt**
🚀 QNB Egypt is hiring professionals to grow its e-commerce acquiring business, build merchant relationships, and drive portfolio growth through digital payment solutions and banking services.
📍 **Location:** Cairo, Egypt

💼 **Work Model:** Head Office with external meetings and merchant visits
🎓 **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Economics
### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Develop and manage e-commerce merchant portfolios to achieve business targets.
🔹 Acquire new merchants through market research, calls, visits, referrals, and networking.
🔹 Identify merchant needs and cross-sell e-payment solutions and relevant banking products.
🔹 Prepare acquisition plans and follow up on merchant onboarding and service activation.
🔹 Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to improve satisfaction and retention.
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams and network representatives to resolve service issues.
🔹 Follow up on missing documents, chargebacks, and merchant complaints.
🔹 Monitor portfolio performance and identify new market opportunities.
🔹 Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulations, and operational risk standards.
Job Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
✅ **Relationship Manager:** At least 2 years of experience in acquiring with an e-commerce background.
✅ **Senior Relationship Manager:** At least 4 years of experience in acquiring with an e-commerce background.
✅ Good commercial, sales, negotiation, and selling skills.
✅ Target-oriented with strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
✅ Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively.
✅ Very good computer skills.
✅ Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
