Job Description:
💰 Treasury Manager – Geidea**
🚀 Geidea is hiring a Treasury Manager to oversee cash flow, liquidity, merchant settlements, banking relationships, and treasury controls supporting its UAE business.
📍 **Location:** Cairo, Egypt

💼 **Experience:** 8–10 years in Treasury or Cash Management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
🎓 **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual cash flow forecasts and manage daily liquidity positions.
🔹 Oversee merchant settlement funding to ensure accurate and timely payments.
🔹 Ensure merchant funds are safeguarded in line with Central Bank of the UAE requirements.
🔹 Manage banking relationships, account mandates, limits, guarantees, and fees.
🔹 Maintain payment controls, dual authorisation, bank signatories, and system access.
🔹 Ensure daily bank and settlement reconciliations and report cash positions and FX exposure.
🔹 Manage surplus funds and foreign currency conversions within approved policies.
🔹 Lead and develop the Senior Accountant, Treasury Operations.
Job Requirements:
✅ 8–10 years of Treasury or Cash Management experience, including 3+ years in management.
✅ Experience in payments, fintech, or banking is preferred.
✅ Strong knowledge of cash and liquidity management, merchant settlements, FX, and treasury controls.
✅ Hands-on experience with **SAP Treasury and Cash Management** and online banking platforms.
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
✅ Fluent English, written and spoken.
✅ Understanding of card payment settlement cycles and UAE Central Bank safeguarding requirements.
