### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead and mentor **automation specialists, developers, and analysts**
🔹 Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality project delivery
🔹 Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of automation solutions
🔹 Utilize **RPA, BPM, AI, and Machine Learning** technologies to streamline business processes
🔹 Conduct feasibility studies and recommend automation strategies
🔹 Manage the full **automation project lifecycle**, including planning, execution, testing, and deployment
🔹 Define timelines, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
🔹 Identify automation opportunities across different business functions
🔹 Continuously optimize existing automation solutions for better performance
🔹 Ensure automation solutions comply with **regulatory, security, and organizational requirements**
🔹 Maintain documentation covering process flows, system architecture, and security measures
🔹 Coordinate with IT, business units, vendors, consultants, and external service providers

Job Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field**
✔️ **5+ years** of experience in IT or Business Process Automation
✔️ At least **3 years** of experience in solution development and project management
✔️ Strong knowledge of **RPA, BPM, AI-based automation, and process improvement**
