**Emirates NBD Egypt** is hiring a **Personal Banking Advisor** to develop client relationships, drive sales, and provide tailored banking solutions in Cairo.

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Sell and **cross-sell banking products and services** to achieve business targets
🔹 Develop new channels and opportunities to acquire clients
🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with branch customers
🔹 Identify customer needs and recommend suitable **financial solutions**
🔹 Conduct calls with potential and existing clients in line with bank standards
🔹 Handle and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
🔹 Retain existing customers through focused relationship management
🔹 Ensure compliance with **branch policies, CBE regulations, and regulatory requirements**
🔹 Prepare and review required reports and **KYC documentation**
🔹 Coach and support Relationship Officers to improve productivity and achieve targets
Job Requirements:
✔️ **2+ years** of experience in Financial Services
✔️ **2+ years** of Sales experience
✔️ **2+ years** of Relationship Building / Customer Relationship experience
✔️ Strong sales and negotiation skills
✔️ Strong communication and customer relationship skills
✔️ Good understanding of banking products and services
✔️ Ability to work toward business targets and KPIs
✔️ Strong knowledge of compliance and KYC requirements
