**Breadfast** is hiring a Dark Store Manager to oversee day-to-day fulfillment point operations, ensuring accurate order processing, product quality, timely dispatch, and excellent customer service.

### 🔎 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage day-to-day dark store and fulfillment point operations
🔹 Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time
🔹 Monitor inventory movement and stock transactions through warehouse management systems
🔹 Prevent product damage, stock shrinkage, accidents, and workplace hazards
🔹 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
🔹 Develop and maintain SOPs for fulfillment processes
🔹 Analyze operational performance and recommend process improvements
🔹 Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service standards
🔹 Coordinate with Customer Service and Dark Store & Last Mile Operations teams
Job Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree
✔️ **3+ years of FMCG work experience**
✔️ Knowledge of warehouse management software
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office
✔️ Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills
✔️ Good command of English
✔️ Team leadership and conflict-resolution skills
✔️ Ability to work shifts
