Job Description:

🧾 **Procurement & Vendor Management Expert – $45–$90 per hour - Fully Remote** micro1 is seeking experienced procurement and vendor management professionals to design realistic, multi-step tasks that evaluate the capabilities of AI systems in real-world procurement scenarios. 💼 **Employment Type:** Contractor 🌍 **Work Model:** Fully Remote – No Geographic Restrictions 💰 **Pay:** $45–$90 per hour ⏱️ **Time Commitment:** Approximately 10 hours per task 🗣️ **English Level:** B2 minimum; C1 preferred ### 🔎 Key Responsibilities 🔹 Design realistic procurement tasks based on real-world workflows, including supplier assessment, bid comparison, vendor risk analysis, and contract review 🔹 Create multi-step tasks supported by realistic reference files and clear instructions 🔹 Define objective grading criteria to ensure consistent evaluation of submitted work 🔹 Develop tasks that require professional judgment and careful interpretation of source materials 🔹 Prepare or source supporting documents such as RFP responses, pricing schedules, contracts, SLAs, and risk assessments 🔹 Identify ambiguous or ungradable tasks and flag them for review 🔹 Deliver approved tasks on schedule and maintain required quality standards

Job Requirements:

✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier assessment, or vendor management ✅ Direct ownership of procurement activities, rather than supervisory-only or indirect exposure ✅ Experience with supplier scorecards, weighted bid evaluations, vendor risk frameworks, or category strategies ✅ Ability to work across contracts, spreadsheets, and reports ✅ Strong analytical, commercial, and evaluation skills ✅ Strong written and spoken English (B2 minimum; C1 preferred) ✅ CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent certification is an advantage ✅ Previous AI or LLM evaluation experience is a plus, but not required ### 🚀 Selection Process 1️⃣ Submit your application and complete the screening questions 2️⃣ Complete the role-specific AI interview 3️⃣ Profile review by the selection team 4️⃣ Onboarding with micro1 Talent Operations **Important:** Completing the role-specific AI interview is required, even if you have interviewed with micro1 before.
