📢 Mobile 2000 is looking for a motivated Call Center Executive / Tele-sales Representative to join our fast-growing team in Mohandessin, Cairo. This is a great opportunity for professionals with experience in Gulf region customer service and tele-sales to grow their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
📞 Handle inbound and outbound calls and chat inquiries
🎯 Promote, present, and sell products and services to new and existing customers
💬 Provide excellent customer support, follow-up on inquiries, and resolve issues promptly
📊 Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and meet/exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 1 year of tele-sales or call center experience, preferably in E-commerce
✅ Fluent in Gulf Arabic dialect (essential)
✅ Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
✅ Customer-oriented with ability to work under pressure
✅ Basic computer skills (CRM knowledge is a plus)
✅ Bachelor’s degree
