Job Description:
• Lead and coach Area Managers across multiple shipping hubs
• Oversee hub operations and ensure compliance with operational KPIs and SLAs
• Develop strategies to improve delivery efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Analyze performance dashboards to identify risks and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Customer Support, Commercial, Finance, Tech)
• Lead automation and process optimization initiatives in last-mile operations
• Act as escalation point for complex operational issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational performance reports
Job Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or e-commerce operations
• Proven leadership experience managing large operational teams
• Strong understanding of hub management and delivery SLA optimization
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving ability
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
