Job Description:

🚀 Customer Success Executive (Arabic Desk. 📍 Egypt 🏢 Tuition Highway 🕒 Full-Time 🌍 Remote Join Tuition Highway's growing Customer Success Team and help support Arabic-speaking parents throughout their educational journey. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about customer experience, education, communication, and building strong client relationships across GCC and Arabic-speaking markets. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Support parents from their initial inquiry through onboarding and ongoing engagement. • Schedule demos and coordinate communication between parents and tutors. • Manage class coordination, follow-ups, and customer support activities. • Respond to parent inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates throughout the customer journey. • Provide professional and proactive support to enhance customer satisfaction. • Follow up with parents to ensure a smooth onboarding and learning experience. • Represent Tuition Highway professionally across all customer interactions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required. • Fluent Arabic and strong spoken English. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Professional phone and WhatsApp communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain excellent customer relationships. • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn. ⭐ Preferred Qualifications: • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, English, Education, or related fields. • Interest in education, tutoring, customer support, or customer success. • Previous internship or customer-facing experience is a plus. • Experience working with GCC customers is advantageous. 🎁 Benefits: • Remote work opportunity. • Entry-level role with strong learning and career growth potential. • Exposure to international customers across GCC and Arabic-speaking markets. • Opportunity to develop customer success, communication, and relationship management skills.
