🚀 Marketing Specialist | Colada
📍 Egypt (KSA-based preferred)

🕒 Full-Time (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)

Join Colada and take full ownership of growth and performance marketing initiatives across pricing, campaigns, and user engagement systems. This role is ideal for data-driven marketers who think like product owners and are focused on driving measurable revenue impact through experiments, optimization, and customer behavior analysis.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Own and optimize pricing labels (best seller, trending), offers, and promotional logic
• Manage combos, bundling strategies, free items, cashback, and incentives
• Run continuous A/B testing on offers, pricing, UX, and conversion funnels
• Improve conversion rates from view to order through experimentation
• Increase average order value using bundles and targeted incentives
• Optimize CRM channels including SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications
• Launch and manage campaigns across banners, pop-ups, and promotions
• Analyze funnel drop-offs and identify performance leaks
• Improve top listing, ranking, and product visibility logic
• Drive revenue-focused experiments and campaign performance optimization
Job Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in growth, product, performance marketing, or similar roles
• Strong analytical mindset (experience with Metabase or similar tools)
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or food delivery is a strong plus
• Ability to work with data and translate insights into actions
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization and user behavior
• Based in KSA preferred

• Strong background in experimentation, A/B testing, and CRO
• Understanding of CRM automation and lifecycle marketing
