This role is built for high-performing sales professionals who excel in consultative B2B selling and closing high-value deals with founders and decision-makers.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in international markets
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points
• Present tailored financial, bookkeeping, tax, and CFO advisory solutions
• Build strong relationships with founders, CEOs, and business owners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and sales targets
• Maintain and manage an active CRM pipeline with accurate reporting
• Follow up on leads and maximize conversion rates
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape
Job Requirements:
• 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience
• Experience in SaaS, consulting, financial services, or professional services sales
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Proven ability to manage full sales cycles independently
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Experience working in remote environments
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Experience selling accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or CFO advisory services
• Exposure to US-based clients or international markets
• Experience with startups and SMEs
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
