🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow relationships with existing SME clients while acquiring new business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned portfolio, revenue, and business development targets.
• Implement SME marketing strategies and business growth initiatives.
• Identify potential SME clients and assess their banking and financing needs.
• Provide tailored financial solutions to support client growth and business objectives.
• Maximize cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the bank’s products and services.
• Monitor client portfolios and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for new products and services based on market and client requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance client retention and loyalty.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of experience within SME Banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and SME financing solutions.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with SME clients.
• Strong financial analysis and financial statement interpretation skills.
• Excellent understanding of lending practices and credit fundamentals.
• Strong business development and sales capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
