Join ADIB Egypt and play a key role in driving customer acquisition, relationship management, and sales growth within the branch network. This opportunity is ideal for experienced banking professionals who are passionate about customer advisory, business development, and delivering exceptional banking experiences while achieving ambitious commercial targets.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve assigned sales, volume, and revenue targets through customer acquisition and relationship deepening.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Assess customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and solutions.
• Convert branch walk-ins, referrals, marketing leads, and self-generated leads into new business opportunities.
• Monitor and follow up on sales pipelines, pending applications, and customer requests.
• Support the Branch Manager in preparing KPIs, MIS reports, and performance evaluations.
• Promote digital and alternative banking channels to enhance customer experience.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally while ensuring service excellence.
• Ensure continuous appointment flow within the Advising Zone.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in retail banking, personal banking, relationship management, or branch sales.
• Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, services, and financial solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to achieve targets in a performance-driven environment.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Personal Banking, Wealth Management, or Retail Banking.
• Strong understanding of compliance, KYC, and banking regulations.
• Experience managing customer portfolios and advisory services.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and cross-selling targets.
