Job Description:

🚀 Account Servicing Processor – Qatar Banking Operations (IWPB) | HSBC 📍 Cairo, Egypt 🏢 HSBC 🕒 Full-Time 🌍 On-site Join HSBC and become part of a global banking operations team supporting Qatar, UAE, and Egypt banking services. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in operational processing, customer service, regulatory compliance, and handling sensitive banking requests with accuracy and efficiency. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Process third-party requests received from UAE, Egypt, and Qatar authorities and central banks. • Meet daily and monthly productivity and quality targets. • Prepare and issue response letters and required documentation to authorities. • Investigate and resolve customer requests efficiently or escalate when necessary. • Maintain accurate operational records, timesheets, and process-related updates. • Support day-to-day operational activities and collaborate with team members. • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, operational standards, and service level agreements. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer service and operational efficiency. • Review daily process updates and implement changes accurately. • Support end-to-end customer journey management while minimizing operational risk.

Job Requirements:
