Job Description:

🚀 Call Center Representative | Arab Bank 📍 Cairo, Egypt 🏢 Arab Bank 🕒 Full-Time 🌍 On-site Arab Bank is looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals to join its Contact Center team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to build a successful career in banking while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting clients across multiple communication channels. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone and email • Provide accurate information about the bank’s products and services • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution • Execute customer instructions according to bank policies and procedures • Promote and sell relevant banking products and services • Generate quality sales and service opportunities • Escalate and coordinate customer issues with relevant departments when required • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality • Collect customer feedback and contribute to process improvement initiatives • Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers

Job Requirements:
