This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career with one of the world's leading banking and financial services organizations while delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting clients across a fast-paced banking environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently • Resolve customer inquiries and issues at first contact whenever possible • Deliver outstanding customer service in line with HSBC standards • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products and services • Build customer confidence through accurate information and support • Maintain strong knowledge of HSBC products, services, and procedures • Escalate complex issues appropriately while ensuring customer satisfaction • Adhere to compliance, operational risk, and internal control requirements • Support team objectives and contribute to a positive work environment • Maintain high productivity and service quality standards

Job Requirements:
