Justlife is looking for an Operations Executive to join its KSA Exclusive Supply & Fulfillment team. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with data, solving operational challenges, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive fulfillment rates by proactively closing supply and demand gaps
• Monitor professional utilization and reduce unfulfilled bookings
• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally to improve satisfaction levels
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports and performance metrics
• Analyze utilization, fulfillment, and quality KPIs to support decision-making
• Conduct outbound calls while maintaining quality and service standards
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Support customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
• Contribute to operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, or related fields
• Experience working in fast-paced environments or startups is preferred
• Fluent Arabic and strong working proficiency in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable working on a 6-day shift schedule

• Experience in service, marketplace, or on-demand business models
• Familiarity with CRM systems and operational tools
