This role is ideal for performance marketers who excel at creating, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns while driving high-quality leads and maximizing return on ad spend. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and Google Ads • Manage advertising budgets and improve cost-per-lead performance • Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports and insights • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages • Collaborate with content and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates • Analyze customer behavior and optimize marketing funnels • Track and improve key performance metrics including CTR, CPL, Conversion Rate, and ROAS • Identify growth opportunities and scale successful campaigns • Stay updated on platform updates, advertising trends, and best practices

Job Requirements:
