Join Breadfast and take ownership of dark store (fulfillment point) operations in a fast-paced FMCG and quick-commerce environment. This role is ideal for operations leaders who can manage end-to-end order fulfillment, maintain service quality, and ensure seamless last-mile readiness while leading on-ground teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily fulfillment point operations on the ground
• Ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, and shipping
• Monitor stock flow through warehouse management systems
• Prevent product damage, shrinkage, and operational risks
• Maintain safety standards and ensure a clean working environment
• Develop and improve SOPs for fulfillment operations
• Analyze operations and recommend process improvements
• Handle customer issues and ensure high service quality
• Coordinate with customer service and last-mile operations teams
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of experience in FMCG, warehouse, or operations roles
• Strong knowledge of warehouse systems and MS Office tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
• Ability to lead multi-functional teams
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work shift-based schedules
• Good command of English

• Experience in FMCG, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery operations
• Background in warehouse or fulfillment center management
• Exposure to SOP development and process optimization
