This role is ideal for logistics professionals who can coordinate complex transportation operations, manage shipping and customs processes, and ensure seamless delivery of critical project materials in fast-paced EPC environments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute transportation plans aligned with project schedules and construction milestones
• Coordinate equipment and material deliveries from suppliers to project sites
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates on logistics progress
• Manage port operations including receiving, unloading, storage, and transshipment
• Track vessel schedules and ensure smooth shipping execution
• Handle customs clearance processes and maintain accurate logistics documentation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and port authorities
• Support cargo inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Prepare logistics reports, shipment tracking, and performance updates
• Identify logistics risks and support mitigation actions to avoid project delays
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safety procedures
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or project supply chain roles
• Experience in EPC, construction, renewable energy, or industrial projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of shipping, customs clearance, and logistics documentation
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of English
