Job Description:
✅ Plan, coordinate, and supervise drilling, testing, and workover operations.
✅ Monitor drilling performance, costs, and operational KPIs.
✅ Ensure safe and environmentally compliant execution of drilling programs.
✅ Coordinate between rig sites, contractors, and head office teams.
✅ Prepare drilling programs, budgets, reports, and operational studies.
✅ Support well completion, directional drilling, and rig movement activities.
✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related discipline.
✔ 7–10 years of experience in Drilling & Workover Operations.
✔ Strong knowledge of drilling, completion, directional drilling, and well control operations.
✔ Well Control / Blowout Prevention certification.
✔ Excellent problem-solving and operational planning skills.
