🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy reactive and proactive multi-agent AI systems
• Build advanced agent capabilities including reasoning, planning, memory, reflection, delegation, and autonomous execution
• Develop long-running, event-driven, and goal-oriented agent workflows
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs, messaging systems, and workflow tools
• Implement governance, security controls, auditability, monitoring, and observability
• Establish technical standards and provide architectural leadership and mentorship
• Drive enterprise-grade AI deployments and production readiness
Job Requirements:
• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience building production-grade AI systems
• Proven experience building proactive AI agents in production environments
• Proven experience designing and deploying multi-agent systems
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, TypeScript, APIs, Distributed Systems, and Event-Driven Architectures
• Strong experience with LangGraph, LlamaIndex, n8n, Temporal, or similar agent frameworks
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta Llama, or enterprise LLM platforms
• Deep expertise in RAG, Vector Search, Graph Search, Semantic Retrieval, and Knowledge Systems
• Experience with Pinecone, MongoDB, Neo4j, and PostgreSQL
• Strong production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, and Redis
• Experience implementing RBAC, Policy Enforcement, Prompt Injection Defense, and Enterprise Security Controls
• Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise ecosystems

• Experience with on-premise and air-gapped deployments
• Experience building fault-tolerant autonomous systems at enterprise scale
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and governance
• Experience leading AI platform architecture and technical strategy
