This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement, and are eager to gain valuable hands-on experience with one of Egypt's leading pharmaceutical organizations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Support Organizational Development and Employee Engagement initiatives across the organization • Coordinate meetings, workshops, training sessions, and departmental activities • Maintain departmental records, reports, databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality • Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and administrative documents • Support internal communication, culture, and employee engagement activities • Follow up on departmental projects, initiatives, and action plans • Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth HR operations • Assist in organizing and executing HR and OD programs and events

Job Requirements:
