Join Breadfast and play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy across fulfillment points and warehouses. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with strong analytical skills who are passionate about inventory control, stock reconciliation, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct weekly inventory counts for all product categories and valuable items
• Participate in quarterly cycle counts across fulfillment points and main warehouses
• Finalize stock take results and obtain approvals according to company procedures
• Investigate negative stock variances and provide detailed analysis of discrepancies
• Assist in preparing quarterly stock take plans
• Manage inventory processes in coordination with operations teams
• Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels across warehouses
• Verify inventory counts and process stock adjustments for damaged, lost, or consumed items
• Track inventory transactions, transfers, and warehouse movements
• Maintain strong control over sub-warehouse balances
• Conduct inventory control checklists and follow up with fulfillment point managers
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in inventory accounting or inventory control
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience using Odoo ERP system
• Previous experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or logistics environments
• Knowledge of stock reconciliation and inventory auditing processes
• Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management best practices
