• Provide direct support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
• Manage executive calendars, meetings, and daily coordination
• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries
• Handle document control and records management
• Coordinate internal and external communications
• Support operational and strategic initiatives
• Ensure smooth workflow across executive-level activities
• Maintain confidentiality and high-level professionalism
Job Requirements:
• Previous experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
• Strong presentation and executive reporting skills
• Fluent English communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
