Job Description:

NES Fircroft is hiring a **Pre Onboarding Administrator** to support recruitment operations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for candidates while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and stakeholder support. 💼 Role Overview: You will play a key role in managing recruitment administration activities, supporting recruiters and hiring managers, and driving process efficiency across the recruitment lifecycle. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: • Manage job postings, interview scheduling, offers, onboarding, and system updates • Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and trackers • Ensure compliance with company and client recruitment processes • Support recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders with recruitment administration • Handle escalations and provide process-related support • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members • Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives • Perform quality checks and oversee work allocation when required

Job Requirements:
