Job Description:
Palm Outsourcing is hiring a **Talent & Operations Executive** to join its growing internal team and help build world-class recruitment operations for international clients.
💼 Role Overview:
This role combines talent acquisition, headhunting, recruiting operations, and process improvement. You'll manage candidate pipelines, drive sourcing efforts, and support the development of scalable recruitment systems.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage
• Conduct headhunting and candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other channels
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and assessments
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Utilize AI tools and automation to improve recruiting efficiency
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment data
• Build and improve recruitment processes, workflows, and SOPs
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
Job Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Experience using AI tools in daily workflows
• Ability to learn and work across multiple platforms and systems
