🔹 About the Role:
Join QNB Egypt and lead the Product Procurement team, managing end-to-end procurement activities, supplier negotiations, purchasing agreements, and the Procure-to-Pay cycle while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and banking regulations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead vendor and supplier selection processes in coordination with internal teams
✅ Evaluate commercial offers and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions
✅ Participate in supplier selection and contract decision-making
✅ Supervise the preparation of RFPs, Purchase Orders (POs), and tender documents
✅ Manage procurement of assets, logistics materials, office equipment, furniture, and marketing items
✅ Review supplier invoices and procurement documentation for compliance
✅ Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery-related issues
✅ Review procurement reports, cost analyses, and supplier evaluations
✅ Mentor and support Procurement team members
✅ Ensure compliance with procurement policies, operational risk, and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management
✔ Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational skills
✔ Excellent analytical and financial evaluation abilities
✔ Experience managing suppliers, contracts, and procurement processes
✔ Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English
✔ Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office and procurement systems)
✔ Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively
