This role is ideal for professionals with retail banking and customer service experience who are passionate about sales, relationship management, and client satisfaction. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow a portfolio of customers to achieve revenue and sales targets • Acquire new-to-bank (NTB) customers and expand the affluent customer portfolio • Build long-term relationships through personalized banking services • Cross-sell and up-sell banking products and services • Ensure superior customer service and proactively resolve client issues • Follow up with internal departments on pending customer requests and cases • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently • Educate customers on self-service and digital banking channels

Job Requirements:
