Mashreq is seeking a talented Senior Associate, Data Analyst to support Operational Excellence and Performance Management across Group Operations. This role is ideal for analytical professionals who enjoy working with data, dashboards, KPI reporting, and transforming insights into impactful business decisions within a fast-paced banking environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain operational performance reports, dashboards, MIS, and progress trackers
• Develop new reports and analytical solutions based on business requirements
• Analyze KPIs and convert data into actionable insights and improvement recommendations
• Support data quality monitoring and remediation initiatives
• Track project milestones, actions, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
• Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations and reporting packs
• Support Operational Excellence initiatives and performance management reviews
• Coordinate with teams across different business units and geographies
Job Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Operations Analytics, or Performance Management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong experience with Power BI and data visualization tools
• Working knowledge of SQL and database querying
• Experience in KPI tracking, MIS reporting, and dashboard development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience in banking, financial services, or large corporate environments
• Exposure to Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Performance Management programs
• Strong presentation and executive reporting skills
