Job Description:
• Secure speaking engagements at conferences, webinars, media platforms, and industry events
• Build relationships with event organizers, media contacts, and industry associations
• Coordinate speaking engagements from preparation through post-event follow-up
• Manage logistics, materials, scheduling, and communication
• Track PR performance, media placements, audience reach, and engagement metrics
• Contribute to brand awareness and thought leadership initiatives
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of 5–7 speaking engagements monthly

Job Requirements:
✔ 4–7+ years of experience in Media Booking, Public Relations, Communications, or Speaking Engagement Management
✔ Proven success securing speaking opportunities for executives, brands, or industry leaders
✔ Strong media network and relationship-building skills
✔ Experience within Financial Services or Professional Services is preferred
✔ Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Experience with Corporate Events and Public Relations activities
