We hiring an **AI/ML Engineer** to work on mission-critical AI initiatives and micro1’s proprietary AI infrastructure.
### What You’ll Do
🔹 Design and optimize production-grade AI/ML solutions using **LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering**
🔹 Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using **LangGraph & LangChain**
🔹 Deploy AI solutions across secure cloud environments
🔹 Build data pipelines, ETL processes, metadata catalogs, and ontologies
🔹 Develop REST APIs and SDK integrations
🔹 Apply secure coding and modern DevOps practices
🔹 Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams
🔹 Document technical decisions and communicate complex concepts clearly
Job Requirements:
✅ Strong **Python** skills for AI/ML development
✅ Production experience with **LLMs, RAG & prompt engineering**
✅ Experience with multi-agent systems and tool use
✅ Knowledge of **AWS GovCloud, Google GovCloud, Azure IL5+, Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock**
✅ Experience with data pipelines, ETL, metadata catalogs, and ontologies
✅ Understanding of CI/CD and secure software development
✅ Excellent communication and documentation skills
⭐ **Preferred:**
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, or Grok
• Advanced API development experience
• Experience in government or highly regulated cloud environments
