Banque du Caire is looking for an experienced **QAIP Auditor** to support the quality assurance and continuous improvement of its Internal Audit function.
### Key Responsibilities
🔹 Review audit plans, work papers, and reports for compliance with **GIAS** and internal methodologies
🔹 Evaluate audit procedures, findings, recommendations, and root causes
🔹 Conduct periodic quality reviews and self-assessments of the Internal Audit function
🔹 Monitor QA corrective actions and improvement initiatives
🔹 Support external quality assurance reviews and implementation of recommendations
🔹 Identify opportunities to improve audit strategy, methodologies, procedures, and reporting
🔹 Prepare QA reports with insights and recommendations for management
🔹 Provide training and guidance to internal auditors
🔹 Monitor regulatory changes, emerging risks, and industry best practices
Job Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, Business Administration**, or a related field
💼 **3–5 years of relevant Internal Audit experience in the banking sector**
⭐ IAP holder or partially completed **CIA** preferred
📚 Deep understanding of the **Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS)** issued by the IIA
📊 Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
